The villa is located on the southern part of Porticcio in the Gulf of Ajaccio near the Isolella peninsula. Very quiet area, with sea and mountain views, it welcomes ideally 2 families because there are 4 bedrooms, 2 new "italian style" shower rooms and 2 toilets. It has air conditioning. Last renovation 2023.

Bedroom 1: 1 bed 200x160. Bedroom 2: 1 bed 200x160 + 1 bed 190x90. Bedroom 3: 1 bed 200x160. Bedroom 4: 2 beds 190x90.

Leather sofa with very good bedding in 200x160 in the living room if you are 4 couples.

dishwasher, washing machine, very large fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, robot mixer, Nespresso, filter coffee maker, kettle etc.

Special "baby kit" available: folding bed 120x60, baby high chair, baby bath, potty, changing mat and beach toys!

On the large terrace of 100m2 there is a large barbecue, 8 chairs, teak table and an outdoor shower. Enjoy the sea view, south orientation visible from the living room. Garden with flowers and local fruit trees can accommodate 3 vehicles.

Free WIFI and international TV channels available in the villa.

The beautiful beaches with turquoise water are at less than 800 meters.

Spending holidays here has a lot of advantages: Many beautiful beaches, free parking (no parkmeter) mountain views, close to the airport, the ferry, Ajaccio city, central to visit Corsica from north to south (in one day you can go north or south), direct boat to visit Sardinia Island, the creeks of Piana or Ajaccio, many activities for children.
